TORCH ELECTRICAL GROUP CO.,LTD. (the original Torch Power Armour Clamp Co., Ltd.) is located in Liushi town - the famous base of low voltage electrical industry in China, having convenient transportation, near to 104 state road, the railway station and Yong-Tai-Wen Expressway. The company founded in 1987, is one of the most professional manufacturers of electric power fittings, insulators, cable accessories, zinc oxide arrester, disconnecting switch, dropout fuse cutout, and vacuum circuit breaker. Its registered capital is 111million RMB, fixed assets is 235 million RMB, and plant area is 42197.04 squre meter, has 600 staffs (including 160 professional technician and 120 persons have a college degree or above).
Torch Group introduced over 300 units of industry-leading manufacturing and testing equipments, established organized production workshops for making electric power fittings, insulators, cable accessories, zinc oxide arrester, disconnecting switch, dropout fuse cutout, and vacuum circuit breaker, and owns a dustfree assembly workshop, an industry-leading testing center, a technology research & development center, and a mold center. Currently the company is able to produce more than 390 series of products, totally over 3800 models.
Torch Group passed "ISO9001 international quality management system certification”, “ISO14001 environmental management system certification”,“OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification” ,get the production license from General Administrationof Quality Supervision. The products separately passed the tests by China Electric Power Research Institute, Quality Inspection &Test Center for Electric Power Equipment and Instrument of power industry, Electric Power Equipment & Apparatus Test Center, China National Center for Quality Supervision & Test of Electric Wire and Cable, and China National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Electrical Apparatus Products. All of them are underwritten by the People's Insurance Company of China.
Torch Group gained many honors such as “ National High-tech Enterprise”, ”The Qualified Supplier of National Grid Company”, "Zhejiang Double-good Enterprise", “Trustworthy Units”, " “Wenzhou Famous Brand "," Wenzhou well-known trademark”, ”Zhejiang Well-known Brand”, "Yueqing City Creditable Private Enterprise", " AAA Credit Rating Enterprise by Bank ". The Electric power Fittings with its "torch" brand was rated as "Zhejiang Outstanding Technology Products”. To meet the needs for super HV transmission lines, Torch Group started the R&D of 500KV super HV transmission line fittings in 2011.The mass production of these products were permitted by the China Electricity Council in 2012. This marks Torch Group entered into the R&D and production of matching fittings for Super HV lines.
