ZW20A-12F model Outdoor AC HV Vacuum Circuit Breaker is an intelligent equipment with multi-functions of vacuum circuit breaker,vacuue load switch, recloser and sectionalizer . It is mainly consists of vacuum circuit breaker body,CH-40 controller and external voltage transformer, which is widely used as sectionalizing switches and interconnection switch in 10kv, 13kv urban and rural power distribution system, realizing the load allocation.It also could be used as a boundary switch in the branch lines of large power supply, and as a recloser and sectionalizer in the feeder distribution networks. This boundary circuit breaker has remote administration mode, protection and
control function, and communication function. It could reliably measure and detect the milliamperes zero sequence current and the interphase short-circuit fault current, automatically cutting off the single earting fault and interphase short-circuit fault. It adopts vacuum arcing medium and SF6 gas as insulation medium. The enclosure adopts gas sealed, explosion-proof and insulation structure technology .The sealing performance of incoming/outgoing bushings are also improved, so that the whole sealing performance is excellent, SF6 gas filled inside will not leak and the circuit breaker will not influenced by the ambient environment. The spring operating mechanism is more miniature and its reliability & stability is improved, it adopts main drive of direct chain and multi-level tripping system, the operating reliability & stability is improved several times than the domestic traditional spring operating mechanism.
