OHL Lightning Proof Fiting - Wedged Anchoring Clamp for Insulated Aerial Lines(JNE,NXJ,NXJ1)

requirements to power supply become higher and higher, especially to the city networks. 
Therefore, using the insulated conductors in power supply lines instead of bare wires is one 
of the effective measures.At the same time,should also take corresponding measures to 
enable the functions of insualation: First,design new insulated fitting with insulation materials.
Sencond,use insulation cover to protect fittings.


Application 
·Designed to anchor insulated aerial lines with insulator string up to 10kV.
·For cables range from 16-300mm2,without stripping insulating layer when installation.

·C-shaped shell in aluminum alloy die cast，no hysteresis and eddy current,is an energy-saving type.
·AC withstand voltage 45kV for one minute without breakdown or flashove.
·Anti UV black resistant plastic wedges slide inside the body to grip the conductor.


 Features

Installation
·According to voltage class and cross-section, choose a suitable clamp. Before installation, verify that the conductor diameter is 
within the wedge clamping range( φ ).
·Remove contaminants from the conductor surface to connect the plate to insulator. (fig.1 )
·Tighten the conductor,the wire grip is hooked over the hanging ring of clamp.(fig.2 )
·Fix conductor to the stated degree, and remove the two wedges to put the conductor in 
the shell, making the wedge embrace the conductor, slightly push the wedge into the shell,
adjust to a suitable location.(fig.3 )
·Dismount the wire grip,the clamp shall bear the wire tension.(fig.4 )
