GW4 modified outdoor high voltage disconnector is a three phase switching device for AC 50HZ , voltage 126kv power system. It is used
for breaking the circuit under high voltage off-load condition and isolating apparatus such as circuit breaker, transformer and transmission lines, for maintenance. It conforms to the national standard GB1985-2004 “AC High -Voltage Disconnecting Switch and Earthing Switch”
Features
GW4 Outdoor high voltage disconnector was researched and developed based on the foreign advanced technology and combining the features of power industry of our country. The products are of beautiful appearance, convenient installation, reasonable layout, convenient operation. It has better mechanical and electrical properties than other similar products. It has the following characteristics.
1.High corrosion resistance. All exposed steel parts are hot zin-galvanizing. The shaft pin is made of stainless steel. The aluminum conductive tube is surface passivated. Standard hardware are galvanized or stainless steel.
2.Stable and reliable Transmission. The rotating parts use fork or ball bearing, and the bearing pedestal adopts a fully- enclosed structure.
3.High Conductivity. The wiring block and contact are flexibly connected with conductive rod. The contact adopts stainless steel externalpressed spring, treated with bright silver in the contact part.
4.Excellent Mechanism performance. It adopts CJ6 electrical operating mechanism.
5.The isolating point is sliding contact, the others are rigid connected in the whole conductive loop. It has advantages of low contact resistance, simple and reliable in structure. For example, the connection are flexibly coupling among wiring terminal, contact plate and
conducive rod.
